"Savart" (hereinafter denoted by the expressions 'We', 'Us' or 'Our', unless repugnant to the context) endeavours to respect the privacy of our users (hereinafter denoted by the expressions 'You', 'Your' or 'User', unless repugnant to the context) and is committed to ensuring that reasonable security practices and procedures are followed to protect your privacy from being breached. In this regard, we have created this Privacy Policy in consonance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and other governing laws of India.

Grievance Officer:

We have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any concerns or grievances that you may have regarding the processing of your Personal Information. Termination:

This Policy shall be in force from the date mentioned hereinabove and shall continue to be in effect and force till the relationship of Customer-Service Provider subsists between us. You shall reserve a right to terminate the Agreement in case there is a breach of any obligations, terms and conditions of this Agreement by us and knowledge has been given to us through a written representation and such breach is not rectified within a reasonable time by us.

Invalidity :

If any provision of this Policy is or is otherwise rendered invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then in that event, the said provision will be modified in such manner and to such an extent possible such that the same becomes valid, legal and enforceable and retains the real intention expressed in the Policy.
